The friendly match between Valenciennes and RSC Anderlecht, that has been played at the end of last week, ended in a 3-all draw.
However on the stroke of half-time the team of Ariel Jacobs was behind 2-0. But Anderlecht fought back and after 90 minutes of play the 3-3 final score was on the board.
Ex-Anderlecht-striker Grégory Pujol scored two of the three goals for Valenciennes. Cyril Théréau, Nicolas Frutos and Mbo Mpenza scored for Sporting.
Filip Sebo had a good chance to increase the lead in the first half, but Silvio Proto´s perfect save prevented Filip from scoring his third goal within a week.
